Processing time:

The processing time is the time it takes me to pack and send your package after you've placed your order. I aim to dispatch all orders in 1 to 10 days but some delays can occur. You will receive an email (or text) once your order has been shipped! 

 

Shipping:

I am based in the UK and offer worldwide shipping. For international customers: shipping times might be long, it could get to you quickly or take up to 12 weeks (depending on the shipping method that you choose) so please be patient as I cannot ensure how long your order will take to get to you! 

Because of Covid-19 shipping times might be even longer than expected.

EU Customers:

Due to the new VAT rules that went into action on July 1st 2021, customers from the EU are required to pay for import VAT on all orders made outside of the EU. If you order on my website the VAT is not included, so you will have to pay for the VAT + a processing fee upon delivery, and your order will be held until you pay for the taxes and fees. If you order on my Etsy the VAT is automatically included in the price of my items, so you'll pay for the VAT at the same time as your order and won't have to pay anything else after that, so you can avoid paying the processing fee by ordering on etsy. You will also get your order faster since it won't be held at customs.

 

Shipping rates:

For the UK and Europe you can choose between Standard and Tracked delivery & for North America, South America, Asia, Africa & Oceania you can choose between Economy, Standard or tracked delivery.  

  • Economy: Delivery in 2 to 12 weeks, no tracking number.
  • Standard: Delivery in 7-21 days, no tracking number.
  • Tracked: Delivery in 7-21 days, with tracking number.

The shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the packages, so this includes the item(s) you ordered + all packaging + freebies etc. The shipping costs you'll have to pay will be calculated at checkout.

 

Please note that I am not responsible for any import VAT, taxes and fees. Once your order is shipped I have no control over the shipping process at all, therefore I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

Returns, refunds & exchanges:

All the products in my shop cannot be returned. However you may exchange your item or get a refund if: 

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item you received was damaged (major damage only, you must provide proof that you received your item in that condition)
  • You pre-ordered an item but there weren't enough funds to produce it so the pre-orders have been cancelled

If you made a mistake in your order please email me at shopsevenpaths@gmail.com and I will correct it if it has not been shipped yet, but if it has already been shipped you will not get a refund. 

 

Pre-orders:

When you pre-order an item you are helping to fund the production of it. This means that this item isn't made yet and the production can take anywhere from 6-16 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and quantity ordered. Once I receive the items they will be individually sorted and quality checked before being sent to you, this process can take some time as well. 

Pre-orders can be open for a while (or until there are enough funds), this can take a few weeks or a few months, and the production will start once pre-orders are closed.

So the whole process, from the opening of pre-orders to you receiving your item(s) can take up to 4 or 5 months. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

Please note that all pre-orders are sold at a discounted price, so the remaining stock will be up on my store for a higher price.

Pin grading system:

Enamel pins are handmade, so please keep in mind that every pin cannot be perfect and very few pins come out of the production process without minor, hardly noticeable imperfections. Every pin maker has his own grading system, here is mine: 

-Standard grade pins are the highest quality pins I offer, they may have 1 or more minor imperfections such as:

  • Small scuffs or scratches
  • Slightly low or uneven filling
  • Tiny bubbles, pore or dust
  • Slightly misaligned screen printing
  • Slight color/glitter overflow

-B grade pins will have 1 or more noticeable imperfections and/or several minor imperfections such as:

  • Noticeable low or uneven filling
  • More noticeable scratches, bubbles or dust
  • Dark spots
  • Any flaws a Standard pin could have

-C grade pins will have major imperfections such as:

  • Loose/wiggly posts
  • Major color/glitter overflow
  • Deep scuffs or scratches
  • Unfilled areas
  • Low fills in larger or visually prominent areas
  • Major metal oxidization 
  • Large smudges/staining
  • Very noticeable bubbles or dust

 

Please note that the sides and back of the pins are not included in my grading process.
